This is Clarkson University's status page, where you can get updates on how our systems are doing. If there are interruptions to service, we will post a note here. Note that the Office of Information Technology performs routine maintenance Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings between 4:00 AM and 7:30AM ET. During these times, some systems, services or networks may be unavailable.

Internet Connection Maintenance Dec 20, 2023 04:00-07:30 EST
Clarkson's connection to the Internet may be intermittently unavailable during this time while OIT staff complete necessary updates on networking equipment. Any interruptions should be brief, but will affect all data networks. Telephone calling in and outbound will not be impacted.

Scheduled - One of Clarkson's service providers will be conducting planned maintenance that will interrupt Clarkson's Internet service and off-campus calling for up to 15 minutes during this maintenance window. Connections between the Internet and the Clarkson campus may be slow or unavailable.

Calls placed from the campus telephone system will also not connect and inbound calls will receive a "busy" or "all circuits in use" signal.
